5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings
• Refund policies are subject to the payment provider's terms

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of gals gone global or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer

gals gone global provides informational content intended to support traveler safety. However:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information
• Safety scores and reviews reflect user-submitted data and are not official safety assessments
• Use the App as one of many tools in your travel planning; always exercise your own judgment

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gals gone global and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination
